We typically process refills within 1-2 business days after receiving them. However, if doctor authorization is required, please allow an additional 2-3 business days. If you have any further questions, please contact us regarding refill requests.
Prospect Apothecary does not bill insurance companies for compounded prescriptions, however, most insurance companies will reimburse you for compounded prescriptions. You can also use your HSA (Health Savings Account) to pay for your compounded prescriptions. We have found the amount you pay for a compounded formula will often cost less than your typical prescription co-pay.
Do you mail prescriptions?
Yes, we use UPS for all prescription mailings. However, we can only ship within the state of Colorado. Please contact us for additional information!
